Tour is LIMITED to the first 10 registrants
Minas Social will be following along with the development of the Praca de Liberade Circuito Cultural. Throughout the construction of the circuit we will be arranging special tours in English for the Minas International community allowing us have one of the first looks at the newly renovated and installed museums and cultural centers. - Cost: R$10.00 entry fee for the museum – payable directly to the museum at the time of our tour
Mining has been and continues to be a integral part of Minas Gerais. This museum looks at the economic, social and cultural history of Minas mining activity, with an in depth look at eleven different mines and their products through a series of interactive exhibts in 2D and 3D. The museum also houses the minerological collection of the now closed Minerology Museum. This is a unique opportunity to get an unique and deep look at an activity so integral to the history of Minas and an excellent way to get the most out of what this new museum has to offer.
